APES DAILY · LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are & what we collect

APES DAILY sells internationally in USD. We collect only the information needed to fulfill and improve your orders:

  • Contact details — your email address (order confirmation and purchase updates).
  • Shipping details — name and delivery address needed to ship your order.
  • Order history — items purchased, amounts, and dates (kept in our order ledger).
  • Device preferences — theme and cart choices stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This never leaves your device.

We do not collect or store your credit/debit card numbers. Payments are processed entirely by PayPal, Inc. in their own secure environment — card details never pass through our servers.

2. How we use it

  • To process and deliver your orders (sharing your shipping address with our fulfillment network, only to the extent needed to ship).
  • To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
  • To prevent fraud and resolve disputes.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

  • Payment processor — PayPal handles all payment processing on our behalf (their Privacy Policy governs payment data).
  • Fulfillment partner — shipping address and order contents, only as required to deliver your package.
  • Hosting providers — the infrastructure that serves our website and stores order records.

We do not share your information with any other third parties or advertisers.

4. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or other applicable law — including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to request a copy of what we hold. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the form on the Contact page — we respond within 30 days.

5. Cross-border transfer

Because we sell internationally, your data may be processed in the United States (hosting and payment processing) and other jurisdictions as needed to fulfill orders and process payments. We only transfer data as needed to deliver your order.

6. Retention & security

Order records are retained as long as needed for fulfillment, tax, warranty, and legal purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, least-privilege access) to protect your data.

7. Cookies & local storage

We use browser localStorage for your theme preference and shopping cart (so items survive a refresh). We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Currencies & languages

We currently price and transact in USD with English as the primary language. As we expand to additional currencies and languages, this policy will be updated to reflect any new data processing.

9. Changes & contact

We may update this policy as our business evolves; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Questions? Reach us via the Contact page.
