1. Who we are & the short version
APESDAILY is an AI crypto trading technology company operating a non-custodial launch venue. The short version: we collect almost nothing. You trade with your own wallet; we never hold funds, and there are no accounts to create.
2. What we collect
- Legacy order records — the retired storefront's order book (email, order contents, amounts, tracking). Kept only to honor and support orders already placed; it no longer grows.
- Contact messages — if you email or use the contact form: your address and message, to reply.
- Device preferences — theme choice and (on legacy pages) cart state stored in your browser's localStorage. This never leaves your device.
- Rudimentary rate-limit data — IP-derived counters held briefly in memory to throttle abuse of public endpoints. Not persisted, not used for profiling.
We do not collect card numbers, wallet keys, seed phrases, or trading account data — the platform is non-custodial and has no account system. We never ask for them in chat, email, or support; anyone who does is impersonating us.
3. What we never see
- Your wallet keys — transactions are signed by you, in your wallet.
- Your on-chain identity — we don't track which wallets view or trade; public blockchain data is public by nature, but we don't join it to your identity.
4. How we use what we hold
- To honor and support legacy storefront orders (fulfillment, tracking, disputes).
- To reply to support messages.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the platform.
We never sell, rent, or trade personal information.
5. Who we share it with
- Fulfillment partner — legacy orders only: shipping details as required to deliver an already-placed package.
- Payment processor — PayPal handled legacy-storefront payments (their Privacy Policy governs payment data).
- Hosting providers — the infrastructure serving the site.
We do not share your information with any other third parties or advertisers.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or other applicable law — including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to request a copy of what we hold. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the form on the Contact page — we respond within 30 days.
7. Retention & security
Legacy order records are retained as long as needed for fulfillment, tax, and legal purposes, then deleted. We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, least-privilege access) to protect data.
8. Cookies & local storage
We use browser localStorage for your theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Changes & contact
We may update this policy as our business evolves; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Questions? Reach us via the Contact page.
