Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order on apesdaily.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase.

2. Orders & pricing

  • All prices are in US dollars and include shipping.
  • Promotional codes apply at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely by PayPal. You authorize PayPal to charge the amount shown at checkout. Card details are handled exclusively by PayPal and are never stored by us.

4. Shipping & delivery

  • Most items ship from US warehouses in 3–8 business days; select items ship from our global network in 7–15 business days.
  • Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

5. Your protection — PayPal buyer & seller protection

Every order on apesdaily.com is paid through PayPal, and that means both sides are covered:

  • Buyer Protection. If your item never arrives, or arrives significantly different from what you ordered, PayPal covers you — file a claim in the PayPal Resolution Center and you get a full refund.
  • Seller Protection. Genuine, completed orders are protected on our side too, which keeps prices low and shipping free.
  • Our guarantee. A damaged, defective, or incorrect item is replaced or refunded by us — contact support with your PayPal Order ID and we will make it right.
  • Orders are final sale: because PayPal covers every eligible purchase, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If anything is actually wrong with your order, you are fully covered.

Product photos and descriptions are provided by our suppliers, so colors may vary slightly by screen and batch — and if what arrives is not what you ordered, the protection above applies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APES DAILY's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, and disputes are resolved through PayPal's Resolution Center.
